The School has agreed with the hotels

participants at a special rate (prices include breakfast and taxes).
In order to receive the special rate you
must mention the School (SNFT2009)
while you are making the reservation. The special rate is available for
reservation until June 30, 2009.

Financial support:
Participants who do not have sufficient
financial support from their Institutions may apply for financial support from
the School finalized to cover local expenses. If the application will be
approved, the School will cover (totally or partly) the Hotel room expenses (in
double occupancy) and grant a bonus for the lunch at the Campus cafeteria while
attending the school.
The need for financial support should be
mentioned in the application form and should be followed by a letter of
recommendation from a staff member of the applicantÕs Institution.
Registration and other info:
Registration will be at the Hotel Toscanini between 15:00 and 18:00 of Sunday, August 30.
If you arrive late, the registation will
be done on monday afternoon at the Physics Dept.
On Sunday August 30 from 19.00 there
will be a welcome party for all participants in a typical local restaurant ÒCorale Verdi – Vicolo

The University Campus is easily reachable by
means of public transportation (bus n. 7 or 14 or 21, direction ÒUniversitˆ
SudÓ) from downtown and train station (please pay atttention to the fact that
line 14 has a very limited schedule). Time schedules may vary – please
check the info using the link in the main page.
Morning sessions will be at Centro S.

will find internet connection, library, photocopiers, É
Lunches will be "on your own" in
the Campus Cafeterias. Dinner usually are taken in local restaurants downtown.
